Carly "mamabird" Gray, is a North Carolina based certified Breathwork Facilitator and Women's Trauma Informed Coach. Turning her own life's trauma into triumph by healing and following her calling to help other women do the same. With a deep understanding of the power of the mind-body connection, she is passionate about helping women access the healing potential of their breath and embrace their inner strength and resilience. Theme: SLOWDOWN w/ NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
This 1 hour 30 minutes virtual event will be held on Google meets Sunday June 23 7P EST
You are invited to reset your nervous system in a breath work experience in a non judgemental, safe space. In this class we will explore mindful breathing methods to relax your mind and lower stress levels. This activates your parasympathetic nervous system putting you in a state of rest and digest, allowing your body and your systems to catch up with each other. You will leave the space in a relaxed state and be equipped with tools for your daily routine reducing overall stress and cortisol levels. Make nervous system regulation a regular thing!
Who is this space for? EVERY WOMAN! The mom, artist, CEO, singer, stylist, public speaker, police officer, teacher, etc. We are all juggling multiple roles in life and this is a safe space to release, regulate and rejuvenate.
What will you do in Slowdown?
Carly Mamabird Gray begins with welcoming everyone in the safe and sacred space before grounding everyone and the space. We then move into the breathwork and/or somatic exercises. Upon finishing the reiki infused breathwork Carly opens the floor to everyone for sharing reflections and asking questions you may have come up during the session, we take time to listen and share. We ground again prior to closing the space until next time.

These events are 1 hour 30 minutes held virtually on Google meets with this package you will be added to the email list to receive the link to the next 12 gatherings as they occur each month. As these are bi-monthly spaces you have the option to attend the new moon or full moon Slowdown Space.
